This is evident in its very rounded shape and an impressive width of 7.6 cm. For comparison: a "conventional" bicycle tire is about 4.5 cm wide. So it’s safe to say that the INNOVA (Stepper Bike) tire can handle a lot.
Due to its wide, rounded shape, however, the contact patch on the road is much narrower. This means it offers all the advantages of a wide tire—namely good shock-absorbing riding characteristics—without the disadvantages of a wider tread, such as higher rolling resistance.
